NYFW DAY 3
I ended up staying in New York longer than I was suppose to, and had packed just enough clothes (practically under packed with underweight luggage, which was a first.) Since I didn't have time to go around looking for clothes, I went to my favorite shopping site, Amazon.com to pick up a couple of things to wear.
I was overly delighted when I saw these Giuseppe Zanotti lace-up scalloped heels and was extremely delighted when they quickly arrived (thanks to Amazon's free 2 day Prime shipping) as they were just as beautiful as they looked online. I must have worn these almost every other day for the remainder of my NYC trip. Even though they are statement heels, I love the versatility of them!

Live.Love.A$VP
Hands down, my favorite rapper of the moment is that pretty motherf**ker A$VP Rocky. I've worn this shirt in LA (as seen here) but had to wear it in New York during Fashion Week since he's from New York (Harlem to be exact.) I wore it to tone down the girliness of this peplum skirt that I'm in love with.

On one of the last days of New York Fashion Week, Juicy Couture showed a short film featuring Candice Swanepoel in the middle of Lincoln Center. To make the event fun, they had a group of Juicy men lined up and served drinks while the film was playing.

Tropical Mix
My outfit for the first day of New York Fashion Week was a bit matchy matchy with different tropical prints on my blazer, shorts, and heels. I'm so grateful that my little sister Dani was able to come and experience fashion week with me as I had such an amazing time with her.
I can't believe these photos were taken almost a week ago as I feel like fashion week has just started! I can't wait to share more of my fashion week outfits and a recap of all of my favorites shows!

New York Fashion Week: Wesley Mason and I
Thanks to my lovely Jake and Geri who found this photo! I think this might be one of the very few photos of my Wesley Mason and I together. How does it feel to be on the other side of the lens, Wesley Mason?
P.S. Despite our facial expression, we weren't pissed. We had just woken up and been rained on a bit.

Mlle Mademoiselle
Being able to be one of the first ones to wear this beautiful brand called Mlle is such an honor. I met the lovely Kaya, the mastermind behind Mlle, at her studio and instantly fell in love with her and the entire collection. I'm actually wearing the samples from Mlle that my lovely girls at Shop PR were able to get me and everything is so well constructed and beautiful cut that choosing my favorites was the hardest part. What could have been an ordinary tank, is actually cut in a very flattering way with the softest fabric you could ever imagine. The metallic snakeskin blazer adds the perfect amount of French swag and the leather pants were the perfect shade of red that could've easily been worn with heels or flats.

After Tibi
(BB Dakota Faux Fur Vest, gifted Jarlo Floral Blazer, Anarchy Street Sweater, Jean Paul Gaultier for Target dress, Givenchy Bag, Burberry Wedges)
These were taken after the Tibi show, which was absolutely amazing btw. The first image was taken by Lee Oliveira whom I've been following forever on instagram only to find out he's been following me on instagram too. The second image was taken by the lovely Tamu from All the Pretty Birds. I've been following Tamu's blog for the longest time and it was definitely surreal when she knew who I was.
Btw, did you know that this was my first time seeing snow fall from the sky? Growing up in LA, I've only seen snow on the ground when snowboarding at the mountains but never have actually seen it fall from the sky.

For the Rebecca Minkoff Show
(Rebecca Minkoff dress, jacket, bag and shoes FW12)
Here's a quick photo of my outfit that I wore to Rebecca Minkoff c/o You're a Tulle. They did my hair and make up and I also got to pick an outfit to wear for her show and instantly fell in love with this beautiful dress. It took me awhile to get used to all the eye make up but it was fun and different! Pictures from the show to come! Not only was it a great show but it was such a fun one!

Pre Band-Aid
First day of New York Fashion Week, my feet were already sore from walking for a prolonged period of time in heels the night before so I had my heels in my bag and wore my boots to Lincoln Center. Before I was able to switch shoes, I was snapped by a few street style photographers and later on during the day, I fell face flat at the CVS pharmacy in these boots which I think was quite ironic. During the next few days, I either wore pants or a huge band aid.
