TMZ reports, judge awarded Usher primary custody of the two sons the singer has with his ex-wifeTameka.
The months-long battle was not easy and both parties were fighting for the full custody over their kids. Tameka accused Usher of being an absentee father who is too focused on his career. She also claimed that he was doing drugs in front of the kids.
Usher, in return, said Tameka was irresponsible and inattentive mother.
This time judge sided with Usher and the singer now has a primary custody over the kids.

Usher has found himself in hot soup with the courts over canceling ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond’s credit card at Saks. Amid a hot custody battle between the pair, a judge had ordered Usher to reopen his wife’s line of credit at the upscale retail store.

TMZ reports that the judge found the singer in contempt and forced him to reinstate the card, which Tameka says she uses in her job as a stylist.

Earlier this month, Tameka opened up toGlobal Grind about the courtroom drama as well as the tragic passing of her son Kile due to a jet skiing accident. “I did not file this custody case (January 2011) and was content with the ‘joint custody’ arrangement that we share. Most importantly, nor do I wish to appear in court while I am mourning the loss of my son,” she wrote. “But I do not want to delay thus prolong these proceedings either; I’d rather continue this arduous process hoping it will help move me through this most difficult period in my life,” she said.

Tameka added, “My boys are my entire world and I will fight tooth and nail to keep all of my sons together as a family, I pray for a swift, peaceful resolution so that we all can move forward.”

Usher's mother told him to stop boasting that he was going to be famous when he was younger.

The star has become one of the most successful R&B singers of all time, having sold over 65 million albums around the world.

He always knew he was destined for big things, although his mother used to scold him for vocalising those thoughts.

'As a kid, my mother would say, 'You should stop running around telling people you're gonna be a superstar!' It was too much for people, but I needed something to believe in,' he told Q magazine.

Usher believes his hunky physique has helped him on the road to stardom. He claims he had to do something big with his life in order to live up to his looks.

'If I could turn this good-looking down, I mean, I dunno that I would,' he laughed. 'I was fortunately blessed with these good looks, I may as well do somethin' with 'em, y'know what I mean? I think we're all trying to live up to Sean Connery, the epitome of cool.'

Usher testified in court that the day he showed up at Tameka's house with his girlfriend Grace Miguel (he called Grace his "girlfriend" under oath but seems to deny it to the media), Tameka went HAM hitting him, throwing food and spitting at his girlfriend.

As the ex-couple continues to battle for custody, Usher said Tameka approached him and Grace and "wanted to fight." He said that Tameka walked up to the car and said, "I'm gonna kick your ass. Bitch get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision in my house?" He added, "She continued to spit. At this point she pulled the door open, tried to swing at her."

Deep sigh. He alleges that after he got out of the car to calm her, Tameka hit him. THEN, "she threw a plate of food at the car!" He added that one day, Tameka told Grace, "I will f**k you up."

Usher desires to inspire people to 'move' with his music.

The R&B superstar is preparing to release his upcoming record Looking 4 Myself. Usher is known for his impressive dance tunes and has released a number of hit club tracks in the past including Yeah and OMG.

The singer reveals that his new tune Scream was created to motivate listeners to let loose.

'If I'm gonna move you, I want to move you. I hope that it could be something that could be life changing,' he told MTV News during MTV First. 'You may be going through something real crazy, who knows, and just need to get out and just enjoy yourself. So I always think about the club, I always think about that song that will be able to let you out of that slump, if you're in it.'

Usher believes that his uptempo tracks help people stay focused when they need a boost of energy.

'If you're just ready to have a good time, or if you're working out and you just need that little motivation to push you over the edge, there you go,' he shared.

Usher and his former wife Tameka Raymond have been ordered to work out a temporary custody agreement in private mediation. 
The 'OMG' hitmaker, who filed for divorce from Tameka in June 2009 after almost two years of marriage, has been locked in an ongoing battle with his ex after she filed court documents in Georgia last year.

Tameka asking for the singer to be stripped of joint physical custody of their sons Usher, four, and Naviyd, three, but a judge at Fulton County Court today ordered they try to work things out between them.

The pair are set to face the court later today and if they have not agreed terms amongst themselves, the judge will impose a temporary order, deciding how they will split their time with the children, according to TMZ.

He will also address child maintenance payments today after Tameka previously alleged Usher is behind on $34,000 worth of payments after promising her $5,000-a-month to pay for a nanny.
She has requested more child support, arguing there has been a 'substantial change' in her former spouse's income since they divorced.
